Quicksilver Interface plugin - SilverFlow

This is a plugin for the application launcher Quicksilver, adding a new interface.

After some closed Betas I have build SilverFlow from scratch and the stability is pretty good.
There are some known issues and some goodies like the styled Result-List (similar to the one of Bezel HUD) are not included yet. The key point of this release is the fully functional main interface.
